The role
We’re looking for a person with experience in sales and customer success to join our new marketing team and spearhead the customer journey in terms of support in pre- and post sale matters. This role involves overseeing incoming customers enquiries via phone and e-mail as well as keeping an overview of incoming orders and processing those accordingly.
The Sales and Customer Success Agent is a junior role that reports directly to the Sales Manager and works closely with the whole sales team, brand and marketing as well as the product team.
For this role you must be based in Berlin. Full time (32-38 hrs / week).
Your mission
As Sales and Customer Success Agent, your primary mission is to elevate Standert’s customer experience. You will achieve this by delivering excellent customer support strengthened by your knowledge for our products and a friendly and open character. All kinds of enquiries have to be listened to and every customer deserves a competent and quick reply to keep their emotional connection to the brand upright.
As a relatively young brand, Standert's goal is to constantly improve internal processes. As a Sales and Customer Success Agent you and your team are the center of the sales process and your task is to help make it more efficient.
